Which Valiant character would you like to see again?

I hope they do, because almost all created the catalyst for the best of the classic V1 storylines.

I they chose not to use Dr. Eclipse, that would be fine with me. I was never a big fan of the Destroyer either although I'm not sure if you can classify him solely in the villain category.

I think they will use these 3 and probably D. E (but changed) and the Vine and some new ones also.

I am interested to see how they are going to change the "big 2", Darque and Harada.

I do not see Lydia (she is a spider alien, but really maybe the spider aliens will come back).

Mothergod would be interesting. I wonder how they would do it?

Bringing Erica back without Phil in the picture might be a little hard from a writing standpoint. Unless they reinvent the character and limit her abilities a lot, there would basically be no one powerful enough to even touch her. I'm not sure that she would be as interesting in that case.

I kinda get the feeling that there will be a bit more than a smattering of that. Example: the Vine.

Harada, Darque, and Immortal Enemy seem like give-ins to return. I think Lydia will return too, they'll just make her Vine instead of Spider Alien. Mothergod needs to return, but I agree, without Solar it's going to be challenging. Dr. Eclipse, depending on how they want to do him, could work, but I think Destroyer is too tied to Solar (both in origin and in looks) to be used. Maybe Phil's new character will be Destroyer, though... created by Mothergod... wouldn't that be a twist with the character?

As far as enemies I'd like to see, I only really care about Harada, Darque, and Mothergod. Valiant made a lot of really good heroes, but their selection of villains was always kind of lacking in my opinion.

Not entirely. You just have to take Solar out of the equation. There could still be a nuclear reactor meltdown without Phil present. She could do the all powerful thing and maybe her lust for a coworker named Phil causes her to do something drastic. Maybe he rejects her and she does her crazy on him and that turns him into the Destroyer. Then, he's the Destroyer because it's his mission to end the tyranny of the Mothergod. She could be so much more than just a plot device for Unity and maybe this would be enough of a difference to have a Solar without really having one.

(Yes, those are straw and, yes, I am grasping at them)

If they have a "superman" I hope it is a "bad guy".

I don't really know if they need a new "good guy".

Problem is (at least in my stupid head) Is that Solar was epicly attached to the complete foundation and creation of the VH1 universe, and I can't get that out of my head. It's very frustrating.

There was an Acclaim character, Bravado, he was essentially Superman in a Captain America costume. Fought X-O but came across as a rather bland, one-dimensional character...
