RE: Valiant Art and Chromium Cards for sale
Hi, Valiant fans and friends.
I'm looking at selling a few pieces of Valiant art.
You can see some pics at:
http://www.kevinvanhook.com/Art/Turok.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.kevinvanhook.com/Art/BS_1-colors.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (Bloodshot 1 pages 2/3 Colors)
http://www.kevinvanhook.com/Art/EW.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.kevinvanhook.com/Art/Bloodshot_Page.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (Bloodshot 1 page)
http://www.kevinvanhook.com/Art/Solar.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The EW splash is neat because the colors are sold with it. John Dixon's pen line is fading-- he used non permanent ink, unfortunately. If you've owned much Valiant original art, you're aware of the lettering captions drying out over time from the rubber cement.
I would sell them framed. They're all pieces I've held onto over the years for sentimental reasons, but I've hit some large expenses and need to augment my cashflow where I can.
Consider the numbers below to be MINIMUMS I'm looking for.
Looking for $150+ for the Turok Page. It's Bernard Chang and might be his first printed work in comics. I know he finished up Bart's issue and this is part of that story.
Don's Bloodshot page shows Bloodshot in action from the very first issue, so also in that same $150 price range.
Bloodshot Colors and EW splash with colors-- $100+ each.
Solar page by Peter Grau and Stan Drake-- $75.
I also have some Chromium Cards-- $5.00 Each, but would deal if you bought the lot.

The number by each card in this image represents the quantity I have, but you can also use it to identify the card you refer to.
In my perfect world, one person buys the lot, but I'm open.
PM me with your offers. Buyer pays shipping & handling. (cost of packaging up the art to travel safely)
All my best always,
Kevin VanHook

Just a note to all the buyers--
I've shipped the pieces out.
I do have a few things up on EBAY for those interested in looking, including the Turok page by Bernard.
Thanks and all my best,
KV

Sad panda. This is what I get for not being on here for a long time.

The Turok page was still available the last time I checked with Kevin if you'd be interested in it. I'm pretty sure everything else went within 24 hours or less. I wanted two or three of the pieces and got one.chesscub wrote:Sad panda. This is what I get for not being on here for a long time.
