I saw that $1,300 lot and tried to imagine what must be included for that price. This lot does not come close to that asking price. I figured it must AT LEAST be full runs of all VH1 titles, but no.

For $1300, (presuming no Bloodshot 0 Platinum), it had better include a full run of VH2 and VVSS.dbngaa wrote:I saw that $1,300 lot and tried to imagine what must be included for that price. Maybe Birth of the Defiant Universe and Miracle on Broadway too.

Doing a quick count of every regular issue in Valiant and Acclaim, every gold, red, platinum (no BS 0 though), VVSS, error, no price, price variant, newsstand variant, tpb, b&w preview, tour book, ACVH (stand-alone and Previews edition), Dynamic Forces, and I think that's it, I count 1160 books. I'd do $1300 for that. I mean, I wouldn't now, because I don't need all of those...but I'd feel good about paying approximately $1 per book. Sure, that means you pay $1 for Turok 1, but you also pay $1 for an EW 27 VVSS. So it balances out.

another roman pedistal listing. that always adds several zeros onto the price. they say it will be insured, but the max amount for USPS is $25K. if you were going to spend that much, you'd either buy it in person, or use an escrow service.MarrowMan wrote:this one seems a bit excessive.

Actually, it looks like that's the same guy as the one with the Walking Dead 61. Looks like we've got a multi-hit superstar.

I think this guy is more than a little ambitious.
