Podcast mentioned two weeks later.
Yeah but I thought he said, one X-O in early August and another two weeks later. I must have misheard that.

Pardon this bump, but I don't want this thread to fall too far down so when someone notices new Valiant release dates they can post them here.

I moved the Valiant Comics Summer Preview #1 to having a past release date. I think I'll leave X-O 1 under upcoming at least until early next week.

Thanks, Starbrand, for keeping this up to date.

If you'd like to add a piece of relelvant information in the first post, I'd like to see noted next to each book what month's Previews it was solicited in.

Good idea. I shall ask the board membership to provide that info by posting it in this thread, and then I'll edit the top post to reflect that info. Board members, any help on which Previews these issues have been solicited in? Thanks.

I just stuck the month at the beginning, you can put it where it is more appropriate. :)

March - May 2nd X-O Manowar 1
April - June 6th Harbinger 1
April - June 6th X-O Manowar 2
(diamond direct order) June 20th X-O Manowar 1 2nd printing
May - July 11th Bloodshot 1
May - July 11th Harbinger 2
May - July 18th X-O Manowar 3
June - August 8th Archer and Armstrong 1
June - August 15th Bloodshot 2
June - August 15th Harbinger 3
June - August 29th X-O Manowar 4

?? - May 5th Free Comic Book Day Issue featuring X-O Manowar, Bloodshot, and Harbinger

Not sure how retailers ordered for FCBD. Is it in Previews?

I'll be working on this today. So far I've updated the issues that have already been released with the Previews issue they were solicited in. I put the month in italics. Does that look okay?

No input on the formatting from me, I just know in 10 years we will want to quickly know which books were solictied and when, because we ask this all the time when talking about 1991-1997. :)

The solicit month is not always obvious now that they are going to release titles weekly.

Been gone a few days, I saw the news about Ninjak.

Was there any other new Valiant titles announced?

I think so far we still have only the four titles officially announced.

It's odd to see them reversing the release schedule. So what variants do we have to look forward to here? Is X-O the only one getting a pullbox variant?

So far XO 5 is the only pull-box (related to the Ninjak appearance). I think the occasional pull-box is a good idea as a reward to those who started a pullbox for XO #1, and encourages them to keep it. of course that all assumes the promotion is properly run by the LCS.

The order is interesting...not sure why it is flipped. Could it be related, for XO at least, to the change in artist?

Looks like there is a pullbox for Harbinger 4 as well. Not sure about how many incentive variants, just that there will be a lot. I went to 3 local shops last week and all 3 put the pullbox out with the regulars. Good idea, but poor execution.

If variants keep going past September... I'm out. Of the variant buying craze that is.

I'm guessing they changed the schedule to free up the other weeks for the future 2nd and possibly 3rd printing alternate covers... facepalm

Or for the alternate, bi-weekly, semi-annual, 4th printing, 1:37 variant, translucent covers.
