Harbinger 25 question
Harada claims he had been controlling Pete's friends, but how did he maintain control when they were in the lost land? The only explanation I can think of is that he could "program" them and they could run on automatic, but I dont think that his programming could have lasted for the entire amount of time unity took.

Harada lied. WHY
Because in Harbinger Files #1, Harada LOST his powers for a short time after the crash in Solar #3. So if this story is in continuity, then Harada couldn't have Pete's group under his control during that time.
Remember Screen, he said that he was from another resistance and tells Pete that 'Harada is more dangerous than Pete realizes' and 'We should strike now', but he dies during battle with the Harada forces.
I believe Screen was the seed of doubt that led to Harada telling Pete his friends were his the whole time. Harada thought he could control Pete or lower Pete's resistance if his friends weren't his friends.
In Solar #8, Harada and his staff were reviewing key events and I believe they mentioned they were tracking Pete's group. Harada seemed to not care as if he had plans for them.
Anyway I'm re-reading the Valiant issues and I have Harbinger, X-O & Shadowman to read up to UNITY.
From my understanding is that once an 'Omega' Harbinger activates another Harbinger, they can't be de-activated until death or injury to the mind. In Harbinger, #29 the Harbinger staff 'lobotomizes' Stronghold, because the brainwashing techinque wasn't working on him. But I don't remember how they brianwashed Livewire. I remember that Harada, out of his coma was very upset that his people damaged a Harbinger.
