Just to add something...someone spent $600+ on books and they arent all out due to odd packing sizes & they have been updated along the way as its been getting out. And I've been in eBay since 1998 with 640+ positives and ZERO feedback as well.

This just all took me by suprise the PM's, the ordering, adding to the list, packing, members changing minds, making sure payments were made & I shipped everything securely , etc. Like I said before, it all just got BIG FAST!

Aram, his order was the set off He has been one the nicest people I have ever dealt with. We even talked on the phone. CARSON, I apologize, anger and the stress of the holidays, my doc visit last week and the doc visit I had today.

Just a background message on something if no one knows....

When I had my heart attack, my kidneys failed on the table getting a triple bypass, open heart surgery. I was on dialysis for 5 years and gave all hope of getting a transplant and basically living the next few years as the best time to get a transplant is with in the first 3 years of failure and i was going on 6 yrs. But I put my faith in GOD and always kept my son in my thoughts and ON Christmas Day 2010 I got a call that they found a matching donor (someone passed and donated organs). This Christmas Day will be 2 years that I got my life back and just thinking a lot about that as well. Sorry to all is all I can type....

Looking back on it, I should've checked in with you along the way. I honestly didn't give it any thought until I recognized six weeks had past, and then I had an "oh *SQUEE*" moment.

I never gift money. I always buy as goods and depend on PayPal to arbitrate if I don't get what I paid for. It's my hang up. It has saved me in the past though, so I'm not ready to abandon that practice.

I should've emailed you after 30 days and spelled out that you had 15 days to get em to me. Instead, I noticed too late (42 days in) and had to file the claim because time was running out on the 45 day window.

I hate that I caused you stress and held up your account. I'll do my best to check in earlier next time.

I've gone ahead and closed the case, since most of the books arrived. But these are obviously six of the most valuable XO books. Please let me know if you have them!
