Re: The PRS Kids
I might have to go back and review, but I thought that brain-hacking psiot was Clem, the guy with the shaved head in #8. He seemed to have a relationship with Cloud that would suggest it's the same person. Not sure.BugsySig wrote:We also have Brain-Hacking Psiot from #7, who might be Clem, but it can't be confirmed yet if that is him or if he is still in PRS custody.

Re: The PRS Kids
I agree, but won't confirm as of yet since issue 7 was a flashback. Would make the most sense given we saw every other kid from that issue in #8 as well.bribri wrote:I might have to go back and review, but I thought that brain-hacking psiot was Clem, the guy with the shaved head in #8. This is going to be so awesome! I really appreciate this board. It brings reading these comics to a whole new level. You guys see things that I cannot and I love it getting pointed out to me.

Re: GENERATION ZERO List
Okay, here's an interesting thing to consider; I asked the Valiant panel at NYCC whether there were any plans to launch a series featuring brand new characters. Warren's response was that there was plenty to work with in the catalogue of what was acquired without introducing new characters (or something along those lines). While certainly that doesn't mean they're only going to use existing characters (and of course, they have introduced new characters), I wonder if these kids will match up in some way to VH1 properties.
If you're not a *SQUEE*, you're okay with me.

Re: GENERATION ZERO List
I can't remember who said it (JD or DS or Warren) in one of the HW interviews, but someone said the kids would include some familiar faces, some new faces and some familiar powers.kjjohanson wrote:Okay, here's an interesting thing to consider; I asked the Valiant panel at NYCC whether there were any plans to launch a series featuring brand new characters. So those familiar faces could come from any number of VH1 Harbingers: B-Squad, Egg Breakers, Ax and his crew or even PunX and the Trouble Makers.

I think, like the Liefeld-esque cover to PunX #1, it was meant to be satire...but when it came to the 90s you just never could tell.hawkeyeps wrote:Gee I must have missed that, no wonder I stopped reading Valiant.BugsySig wrote:Still hard to believe this ever happened: http://wiki.valiantentertainment.com/in ... to_Die_Formyron wrote:<snort> sounds more like a porn movie than a valiant comicBugsySig wrote:I'm still holding out for the Bad Babes with Butts to Die For to make their first appearance.myron wrote:fixed that for ya...BugsySig wrote:

Clearly satire. True, in the '90s, you had to go above and beyond into absurdity for that to be clear; this qualifies.BugsySig wrote:I think, like the Liefeld-esque cover to PunX #1, it was meant to be satire...but when it came to the 90s you just never could tell.hawkeyeps wrote:Gee I must have missed that, no wonder I stopped reading Valiant.BugsySig wrote:Still hard to believe this ever happened: http://wiki.valiantentertainment.com/in ... to_Die_Formyron wrote:<snort> sounds more like a porn movie than a valiant comicBugsySig wrote:I'm still holding out for the Bad Babes with Butts to Die For to make their first appearance.myron wrote: fixed that for ya...

Can't wait to see more of all these kids. I wonder who had the tech to 'activate' psiots first? Harada or PRS? And did one of them get it from the other, or did they develop it independantly?

Re: GENERATION ZERO List
This is a great idea, since between Bloodshot and Harbinger they've introduced a couple dozen psiots and honestly I've pretty much forgotten most of the ones that were at Harbinger headquarters, and of course have a hard time keeping track of the ones in Bloodshot.

Sounding more and more like Traveler is able to reach the Deadside. Looking forward to the day (should he survive Harbinger Wars) he bumps into Jack.
