So I'll ask you guys...

Who would you like to be a panel guest at the Valiant panel at SDCC this year.

Most of the Valiant brass will be there along with most of the creators so what's your wish list?

That way I can work with Hunter & Atom! on bringing them.

Thanks

-Brian

You can get into the main lobby down near hall A&B&C etc without a badge usually .... but you can't get up an escalator without your printout showing you are going to get your badge or already have your badge. You definitely can't get on the floor. There is security at the bottom of the escalators and the outside doors that are near the escalators and then there is a velvet rope type area that leads into those ballrooms at the top of the escalators where there is more security. You definitely can't get into panels without a badge because you can't get past these security points. There won't be security outside the Valiant ballroom per se, but you won't be able to get there without a badge.

This is a pretty accurate assessment of the situation.

I live nowhere near the SDCC part of Earth, and thus will not be there, but I just want to say that I think it's soo cool of you to run a Valiantfans panel, BTE! :thumb:

Good luck & hope it goes really well.

And I noticed this at noon ...

Leading pop culture entrepreneurs share their secrets behind building successful pop culture businesses. Rob Salkowitz, futurist and author of Comic-Con and the Business of Pop Culture moderates a truly unique and inspirational talk with established entrepreneurs David Steinberger (comiXology co-founder and CEO), Ted Adams (IDW Publishing co-founder and CEO), and Dinesh Shamdasani (CEO and chief creative officer of Valiant Entertainment). It's an inside look at the business side of pop culture that no future entrepreneur can miss!

That sounds very interesting. Any SDCC-bound members planning on attending this panel?

I might have to look up that book. :thumb:

They did this panel at C2E2 also. While not about Valiant's offerings, it was interesting. Definitely go see it.

I would if I could. Very cool that Dino is on the panel, though the appeal of the subject matter for me is more than just the Valiant connection. I guess you could say I'm looking to be a bit of a future entrepreneur :D
