I wonder if this means they lost someone or they are planning on expanding the line to 12-14 titles a month.

Could be expansion, could be someone is moving on and has given them advanced notice. I hope it's the former, but the latter is pretty plausible.

What they really need is a copy editor to peruse all the rediculous typos, spelling errors and other clown shoe mistakes that keep popping up across the line. I'd be happy to apply for that job. I also hold a history degree and would throw in fact-checking for free :D

Will they now break their premise of 9 books tops per month? :hope:

Are they big enough to start their own mini Vertigo or other imprint?

Agreed! They definitely need to cut out the glaring errors!

I saw one this week in Unity #12, inside cover: The was before the alien Armor Hunters attacked.

I mean, come on. Is anyone proof reading this stuff?

Keep the job open for a year and my daughter will do this work like Jim Shooter (yet with a boss). She is at Dreyfoos School of the Arts http://awdsoa.org/with a communication major and leaning towards graphic design. Just saying (and would relocate NYC) :D

I say just give this message board a title or two and we could rule it like some sort of wise council.

I hope so. I am reading fewer comics month on month overall, and more VEI could change that. :thumb:
VEI - I look forward to you one day publishing MORE than 9-10 books per month

I do hope this means expansion vs replacement of existing position. Then we'd likely also get to double digit book production a month.

There was a misspelled word in one of the issues last week. Might've been Q&W.
