CGC Census Has Been Updated
Been awhile, since April.
I notice Eternal Warrior 1 gold flat still has no 9.8s, now has 5 in 9.6 including one that is Qualified (signed, most likely).
Harbinger 1 still holding at 9 copies in 9.8. Certainly much less than all of the other main-title valiant #1s, but we're probably not going to see another one of these sell for $1,500 like one did before.
Rai 3 has to be the commonest (or at least most submitted) of what were the toughest books to get back in the day; it now has 28(!) copies in 9.8. They're growing on trees!

Re: CGC Census Has Been Updated
Taking into account my comments in the thread about the CGC 9.8 Rai set for sale, I think it makes sense there are a lot of these in 9.8. They are held in high regard, and there are not the condition issues that keep it out of 9.8 like the H1. CGC allows the "Valiant corner" bindery tear in 9.8, which I've seen on at least two of these.mrwoogieman wrote:Been awhile, since April.

They were probably sumbitted in high numbers by lots of different people, like H1. Even though there are 28, they are not all floating around for sale.
So, "growing on trees" is a bit of hyperbole, IMO. I know what you mean, though.
