That was something. Early Magnus is gold!
At first read, I thought he was referring to the second to last issue, when Magnus pulled the trigger, to end the Giffen occupation of the title.

"the Giffen occupation of the title"

Here is a later one (which makes it more valuable, since it is rare!)

When Timewalker arrives somewhere and the people start to worship him, and one of the worshippers is saying, "Spearmint". I loved that.

Grampa Rai fishing, and the fish gets away.

"Perhaps it's for the best, perhaps you have troubles of your own. Perhaps you have sons."

Tremendous insight into the turmoil going on inside the protector of Japan.

Ya know, finding this site and interacting with the folks here is my most recent magical Valiant moment. It helped to reignite that spark of my love for the Valiant Universe and Comics in general.

As I do all my new books by mail order now, I had lost the interation with other fans. This has filled that gap.

So lift your glasses and toast Image to Greg for being such a great host, and to yourselves.

Now let's all have a good time!

To be honest, I'm a little embarrassed that my post count is so low compared to people that joined after me. Sorry for being so anti-social guys, I'll try harder.

To me, the cover to Harbinger 4 was always magical. The cover to Shadowman 8 was as well.
