If you tell 'em Greg sent you, I bet they'd help you out if they are trying to limit copies per person... that is, if Greg doesn't mind being used & abused in such a mannercarter3175 wrote:I will also talk to someone there and use this website in vain to tell them about the huge support they are getting from us because we are big fans and see what happens. I will keep everyone posted.

I'd be very interested in that preview book!!

If it's anything like HeroesCon, if you have the cash, they'll sell you the copies. Not sure about the freebies, though. For me, I just hit the booth several times.grendeljd wrote:If you tell 'em Greg sent you, I bet they'd help you out if they are trying to limit copies per person... that is, if Greg doesn't mind being used & abused in such a mannercarter3175 wrote:I will also talk to someone there and use this website in vain to tell them about the huge support they are getting from us because we are big fans and see what happens. Carter, I really appreciate your effort in this!!!

Sadly, it looks like eBay is going to get a lot more of my money! I understand that the books and t-shirt are exclusive to those who make it to the convention but it sucks for those of us who live far away yet carry the torch for Valiant. I can only hope that at some point Valiant comes to south Florida.

Are any of the artists for Bloodshot or Archer & Armstrong going to be at the con for sketches. How much do they usually cost?

Darn, just realized that this convention is the same weekend as my alma matre's home opener this season.
I still might try to head down on Sunday, but no way I can make it to the panel discussion on Saturday.

I am in deep south jersey, in Gloucester County (right on the edge of Cumberland County). About halfway between Philadelphia and AC.carter3175 wrote:Dude what part of Jersey are you from..I might live in Maryland now but I am up there all the damn time..I was born and raised in East Orange.
FWIW, I was born in NJ, but both my older and younger brothers were born in Maryland. My paternal family (except my dad of course) is all in Maryland (Aberdeen and Havre de Grace for the most part).

I enjoy my status as a heretic in the churches of college football and the Cowboys. And in my part of Texas, both of those churches are well established. College football is the only thing even more trivial than the Olympics.SJS4 wrote:Wait, is a Texan telling someone from New Jersey that college football is trivial.Chiclo wrote:College football is beyond trivial! Re: News, news, news,,,
Perhaps maybe someone can speak to Dinesh or Atom that we "VF Fan Members" are interested in some of the exclusive items and they can make special arrangements since majority of all of us will not be able to go to Baltimore.
What Greg offered the last time was awesome that we had the chance to order the Manowar/Harby flip books. It took Greg lots of time to organize, pack and ship all the flipbooks. Not to menton, he didn't make any profit from doing all that work for us Fans.
It would be a waste of resources to be purchasing these on the secondary market like eBay.
