NEW YORK 2007 VALIANT re-union info

Post by svair »

We will be having at least 2 panels 1 each day, same as the last NY show....

we will have the same space alloted as last time. Those that were there know the area...It is very large...

A list of creators will be posted soon...

No chance you can get this over at the Javits in Feb instead? I predict that will be THE New York show for 2007, bar none....

:hope:

I had to weigh what I can expect with being unsure as to my decision

I know what I can expect with The Big Apple Guys and my limits...plus they have offered many perks to continue with them...
At the last show they had found out I had spoken with Reed Exhibitions who puts on the NEW YORK COMIC CON...

they've been hounding me since about the show.....

I was happy with all the incentives they provided...

1) 5000 free VALIANT books to give out...
2) a personal assistant for anything we needed
3) allowing a guestlist of over 100 people
4) allocating the large area we had

and a few others....

they really treated us well last time...

Them's some fine perks alright! My guess is you'd be lucky to get two panels devoted to Valiant at the Feb con and you could probably forget the guestlist altogether.

At least it's "The National" in Nov...

Reason I picked November was for that reason Woo-Man...

Although we may do the other 3 day show MAR/APR again...it really depends on schedules with some of the artists who may be interested in attending...

we'll see..

How bout at the next big throng, everyone goes to a midnight showing of Rocky Horror?

Instead of toast, we can throw Turok #1's and and watch everyone else looks at us like we're crazy. :thumb:

Time Warp (the lost Valiant verse)

It's just a jump from the car
And then a skip though the door
Pull your cash from your hip
Here in the comic store

Now ask for that Bloodshot #1
That's been selling insane
Let's do the Time Warp again!
