REPORT on the show...

I met Ernie Colon...what a great person...we spoke about his 9/11 book which has just come out...and he signed some items for me

then spoke to walt simonson who signed some more items for me...

our buddy Scott Friedlander came by for a while and signed some items ..

very few dealers had VALIANT books...but the ones that did gravitated to me as they now know me as "the VALIANT guy"..lol..

Many deals to be made....
I stuck with one guy who had the following

2 long boxes of pre-unity's and later issues...no high run books.....many solar, x-o, magnus, rai 1's...

countless Rai #2's approx 10 Rai 3's ...looked great until i pulled them out and saw all the left corners looked a bit creased...

about 17 Bloodshot 51's....few last stands...i don't know how many solar 56-60's packed together....a few magnus 64's...

and he then brings me a case which was on the side...he says "oh..I also have these...these are untouched....I opened the case and I think he saw me salivate...I told him I wanted more time to go thru his long boxes trying not to show my amazement as to what i just saw....

he leaves me in the room with the books...I take them to Scott from CGC which is in the next booth and plead him to please pre-screen and pull out any possible 9.8's...to my amazementafter him taking about 1/2 hour of going thru all the books....6 have high possibilities of 9.8 or higher....

are you ready......

I rcvd a few pm's about the 6 possible 9.8's....

they are just that..."possible 9.8's"...Scott told me they usually do not pre-screen at the shows...but he was very nice to have done that for me...

again...it was a very fast pre-screen...so I am not taking any offers on them

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

If it had been centered Rai 3's, would you have shown up on svair's doorstep with Cockrum art ready to be a sex-slave? *BAMF!* [teleports away.]
