Who is attending San Diego Comic Con 2007 ?
Not sure if this has been addressed for this years Con or not but my current conversations with Rufusharley (which it Rufusharley, another guy and myself will be going in on a hotel room SEPERATE BEDS) has sparked the fever. I know that this is a bit early in the game for people to maybe plan for this but me... well I always like to have a plan, a backup plan and a backup to the backup plan... I'm going. Once Rufusharley confirms the hotel room, I will book my ticket. So...

If we plan it right this year, maybe we can all room around the same general area, making dinners a bit easier and or helping members to and from the airport. Another thing is that it might be a good idea for all attending members to exchange cell phone numbers beforehand to facilitate better comms before we hit the drop zone.
If this has already been addressed, please just link me.

Tomorrow morning, Feb 6, is when the Con Hotels open up. Don't miss it.
Rooms go pretty fast... (Unless you want to be far away.)
For those people who like free food/drink, the hospitality suite is in the Marriot this year I think. (Instead of the Hyatt.) Ralph's is still the place to go for food in general though.
I'm not setting up at San Diego this year but we never miss it generally.

I want to go so badly, but there is much change between here and July in store for me. Expensive changes.
I went last year. I thought the guy I was rooming with booked a hotel in April; he did in late May. We stayed in San Ysidro - sometimes called "Exit 2 on I-5". Our hotel rooms opened to a lovely view of scenic Tijuana (actually looked dirtier than Juarez). It was a 15 mile drive to the Civic Center, but I brought a GPS. Also, one of the girls that went with us was always late getting ready so most days we got there about noon local time and yelling at her just made us later.
My half of the room costs for 5 nights was $182. So, there was a bright side to it.
