I just wanted to be the first one to put a Harbinger: The Movie poster online,
so I created one last night. :D

...but I'm sure you guys can do better. :P

How about we do some "fan-created" movie posters?

Anyone else?

Photoshop, drawing, painting, funny, serious, whatever... give it a shot! :thumb:

We can only dream that Harbinger will be as popular as Napoleon Dynamite.

How unlike you to grasp at straws. Being popular and a good movie are two different things.

Selling a good book is unrelated to the movie.
A Harbinger movie is (hopefully) about stories we've already read.
We don't need a Harbinger movie to get a good Harbinger story.
We already have that story.

If a Harbinger movie is POPULAR, then we get MORE Harbinger stories...
larger audience... more comics... more interest... on and on and on.

I beg to differ. If a Harbinger movie is POPULAR, then we get MORE Harbinger movies...

Even Marvel admits that the X-Men movies and the accompanying merchandising make WAAAAAY more money than the comic books.

Ya know, this is a very admirable try, but I am not buying it. And to be honest, if there was a Valiant movie to be made.... HARBINGER ? So much more could be done with X-O, Shadowman, or Bloodshot. But HARBINGER ? (giggle)

If Paramount wants the 8th best title... the other 7 are in great shape.

You seem to be implying that Harbinger doesn't deserve anything at all
because there's only going to be one chance for Valiant to succeed in movies.

If the 8th best is good enough, the other 7 have fantastic futures.

Yeah... uh huh. If Harbinger flops Paramount would be BEGGING for 1-7 to 'try again'.

Ya know, it is a very good try at pimping this up... but like a pig, it just doesn't fly.

(I hope one day to be proved wrong, I will gladly admit that I was... but we will see.)

Ghost OUT.

There's no downside.

ANY news is positive for Valiant. Even bad movie news is still good for the comics.

Harbinger flops... so people talk about how the comics were good, but the movie flopped.

People talk about how Paramount should have made X-O Manowar instead.
...or Bloodshot.
...or Shadowman.

People talking about Valiant. That's exactly what no one has done for 12 years.

Movies flop all the time. They still made it further than most. Even on a tiny budget with a no-name studio...

Which is worse? Being the last place team in the league, or just wishing your city had a stadium?
