Ok, who got this??

I emailed the guy for pics of corners and spine just to make sure he REALLY had it... next thing I know.. its pulled.. someone must have made an offer that he couldnt refuse..

Starting bid was $50... maybe I should have emailed and offered SOMETHING...

What do these normally go for??

If that book is the real deal, it should easily bring in $500 -$750.

ARG!!!

I would have gladly emailed this guy, offered the 500 he thinks it's worth. And bingo... I'm the new proud owner of a bloodshot "titanium" ha.

eBay pulled the auction. Something was apparently amiss.

He had a picture up, but it was the generic platinum pic you find on most websites. No other angles or closeups.

Weird, they pulled the other 7 auctions he had as well.

He may have been confusing the plat with the regular version and decided to pull it.

Well, if eBay made him pull ALL of his auctions then something must be wrong... Im starting to think that this wasnt a legit auction :hm:

He has not responded to my email that asked for spine and corner pics. Makes me feel suspicious.. Also, I looked up where he lives in Ohio and I was actually considering driving there to give him the money, that way I could see the book before I purchased it.

I'll let you guys know if he ever contacts me.

I am trying to grasp syntax here.

Would I be correct in saying "I wonky my wife"?
