Your Favorite Valiant moments

Post by dave »

What are some of your favorite moments in Valiant? What things made you cheer, what made you weep? what made you think, hey that was cool!

It doesn't have to be a big spectacular thing-and don't tell me about the x-o bicycle again...but what struck you?

a very "real" moment for me was when sting brought flamingo back to meet the group, and kris got so angry. i thought it was rang hilariously true. to see her flames of jealousy ignite-and for pete to just stand there, pretty much speechless.

p.s. this is question is here to help you increase your score in the "valiant" section you non-valiant posters! you know who you are!

Hey, I resemble that remark!

One of my favorite Valiant moments was Shadowman's fight with Ishmael ending in Ishmael stabbing a pipe through Shadowman. My favorite part was Jack showing up at Marcia's place with the pipe stuck through him.

Another favorite moment was the revelation that Magnus was Kris's son.

The Valiant moment that made me laugh hard was the A&A issue when Armstrong introduced Archer to Andy. That whole adventure was just hilarious.

Also Armstrong calling Solar, Magnus.
What we need is innovation and even revolution—but not so much in the form of marketing ploys and doohickeys. What is needed is bold creative vision, excellent stories, and brilliant storytelling, in a word, entertainment. -- Jim Shooter

Hmm...one moment that really stands out was when the Rai story line was introduced in Magnus it just took the Valiant Universe to a whole other level. I would love to see them bring back the magic of those early moments. The Nation of Japan as a floating Dragon, Grandmother, Rai's abilities....perfection.

Many good moments in this thread.

I especially like the moment when a vibrating flower makes Magnus realize that he can identify freewills.

DB is cool.

Actually I'm thinking the whole Issue 25, but Sting tearing through the building is very cool. And Harada destroying the building to kill Pete was awesome.

I also liked it when the X-O's abilities were used to heal Aric and put him in a suspended animation... alsom remembring that the armor produces a seed every 2000? years and using that in the story line... great writing..

I've always dug that moment in Unity when Sting finds out that Kris's baby belongs to Torque. When he loses it and really lets his power show.
