CGC?
Out of curiosity, what is the turnaround time for getting a book graded?
How much does it cost (I can't seem to find my link to the website). I know they used to offer a special where if you send X books with the condition of grading only the ones that are Y grade or higher, you could do so as long as X was large enough. Do they still do that? What is "X"?

Chris...
I got some books back last week that were gone about one month and almost 1 week. Not bad compared to the 4 month wait they did have there for a while.
As for the cost its $16 for a modern and if you go through Colossus Comics you get a 20% discount off of grading. (These costs do NOT include shipping there and back) To ship it there it HAS to be registered and insured.

Hope that helps.

Re: CGC?
The last lot I submitted took almost 4 months to get back. I don't know what the turnaround time is now. I think it's $16.00 per modern book.cjv wrote:Out of curiosity, what is the turnaround time for getting a book graded?

You're describing the CGC pre-screening service.cjv wrote:Out of curiosity, what is the turnaround time for getting a book graded?
