CGC anomalies

CGC has Venom: Separation Anxiety spelled Seperation Anxiety for issues 3 and 4, and correctly spelled for issues 1 and 2 of that series, both in the census and on the actual slabs themselves. Therefore the title is listed twice in the census, once for each spelling, correct and incorrect.

I've seen this with other books, though the one comic I was looking up escapes me now what it was. It also was a case where CGC misspelled a word, and accounted for both spellings.



Nobody said they read comics. They just know how to grade them.

I'll have to see if I still have the picture, but I had a Vanguard Illustrated 2 (one of the better Dave Stevens covers) that CGC noted as Alpha Flight 12. So I guess I could have sold it as a variant.
