Anyone going? This is the first time it has been a three day con and the first time it's out of the hotel and into the convention center.

They have a few guests from game of thrones and the walking dead. George Perez is the main guest, but there are about a dozen artists including Jim califiore and then all the other locals and whatnot in artist alley. Looks like there is about 200 booth spaces for vendors.

I already have one sketch lined up and have a few other things in mind.

Friggin packed today. I picked a few sketches and set up a few more and picked up a few more books including some nice vh1 books out of $2 bins.

So who else went? From some of the bins I went through, I know there was a valiant fan there doing some cherry picking that I missed out on.

A few quick pics of the haul. I'll get some detailed pics up later this week.

I bought a lot more than I usually would in regards to comics, but the bulk of the stacks were 5/$1, $1 or less, $2 and a handful that were more. A lot of it is flippable. My obsession/weakness for ASM issues in the 200s and McFarlane issues continues as I found a lot of nice copies for a buck or two. I dropped off about a dozen books for cgc. The most fun I had though is with the sketches.
