there was a quote recently from VEI saying that X-O and Harbinger were going to be the only hardcovers for now. The other titles were never imminent.

Very pleased we get both Bloodshot and HARD Corps #19 and HARD Corps #0 :D

I'm still undecided about Shadowman - the new creative team looks to have this title on the right track but I think it would read so well as a trade...hmmmm decisions, decisions...

Archer #0 = #WINNING

I am sure they are examining the numbers they get from the orders of XO and Harbinger. Hardcovers are expensive to produce, specially in lower quantities. Maybe it's just not viable.

Agreed. I was REAAALLLY hoping that they were doing this for all their books. I guess I'll have to vote with my pocketbook and hope that helps convince them to do more.

preorder, preorder, preorder...thats all we can do and :hope: they sell enouh to warrant producing more. I'd at least like the first year of each of the 4 initial series. After that, they can space them out for the other newer titles and future years if its profitable to do so.

I wish I could have afforded to preorder them, but I've got a little Christmas cash now and may pick them both up if possible.

Oh well. Picked up the first two, but the ones I was most eager to re-read in HC format were inevitably Bloodshot and Archer & Armstrong.
VEI - I look forward to you one day publishing MORE than 9-10 books per month

I am glad the zero issues are outwith the 'parent' titles. More importantly, I hope they do as well in sales as the regular line, or preferably more.

HARD Corps #0 is, but Archer #0 is not.

I got mine on InStockTrades.com for very reasonable prices. Cheaper than Amazon. DCBS is run by the same people and allows you to pre-order at the discounted rate (usually 40% off). InStockTrades allows you to order books after they have been released.

Yes, please! A&A and Harby battle it out every month for my favorite book. Still quite the distance between them and every other book IMHO.
