A First Look at X-O Manowar #0 Gold Edition - Thank you Dinesh!!!

Image

Bruce and I are very auspicious that Dinesh has granted us the occasion to introduce this special Gold Book to the participants of the 2014 Valiant Photo Scavenger Hunt Contest. This has been the most entertaining and enjoyable promo which united Valiantfans.com, The Valiant Comics Fan Group (Facebook Group) and The Canadian Valiant Fan Club (Facebook Group) together.

As Bruce and I have both expressed, we are truly thrilled with the submissions and originality which each entry.

The X-O Manowar #0 Gold Edition is significant because in the combined history of Valiant, Acclaim and VEI there has on no account been both a #0 and #1 Gold beforehand. X-O Manowar is the only series to have that transpired.

Hats off to Dinesh! You are overwhelmingly generous for always thinking of ways to help support the Fans who support Valiant.

Outstanding!

I won't see it until the end of the year due to being deployed on operational military assignment, but it will be NICE to return home in a few weeks/months and check-it-out in person.

Thank you much team Valiant!

That gold title works really well with the colour of the picture's background, looks really cool.

Been bummed out I couldn't really participate in this competition from the start, but now it's just like my life might as well end.

Not really. I'm not that lame. Definitely bummed out I never stood a chance though!

Other than prizes, how are these being disbursed? Didn't see one on Ebay.

Thank You so much for this book (Dinesh, Elery and Bruce). It's beautiful to look at- one of the best looking Golds I've seen. I received my prize today and couldn't be happier with it. :D :high-five:

Great question. Dinesh gave Bruce and I the opportunity to introduce this book for the winners of the 2014 Photo Scavenger Hunt Contest which is why THIS book is very special. I personally don't have a copy myself, since I did not participate in the contest.

That being said, I do not have any knowledge on distribution.

Thanks to Dinesh, Elery & Bruce for the XO zero GOLD! You guys all rock!

It is a truly gorgeous looking gold book, I think this & the Eternal Warrior gold are my favourite VEI 'bling' to date.

Makes a great pair, don't they?

thanks one more time to Dinesh, Bruce, and Elery!! I think on the Canadian Valiant Fan Club page, we had 6 more open spots available, on the the Valiant Fan Group page, they had 10 more spots available!! One picture and they would've won a gold too! I know a few people who didn't want to try and enter because they didn't have things like a platinum Bloodshot, and felt they had no chance of winning, but I encouraged them to do what they could do, and all of them won, some with only one picture!
So hopefully the next time Valiant does such an amazing contest with another cool mystery comic, more people will enter! For me, it was super fun, and I wanted to do as many of the things possible, just for the fun of it.
