By the way...when is eBay going to end 'as is' auctions? 'As is' legally means AS IS IN PERSON, that the buyer has had the chance to examine it and has accepted it AS IT IS. You don't get to give a grade on an item a buyer can't see in person, and then state 'as is' as if that relieves them of the responsibility of delivering what was advertised.

The only way 'as is' works online is if the seller does NOT give ANY statement as to its condition.
