Ninjak vs Valiant Universe comic series

Does anyone know if the Ninjak vs The Valiant Universe comic series will be considered as in continuity? I got my pullbox list for January, and I wasn't going to add it unless its part of the continuity.

I've tweeted Valiant and Dinesh so we'll see what they say. I've added the mini series to my pull list irrespective of it being in continuity or not

I think i've read somewhere that it was not part of the comics continuity, but it's part of the web series continuity.

I can't imagine that it is in continouity, but I'd like to hear Valiant's official statement.

I hope this doesn't become a big trend for Valiant... I think it's neat sometimes to step out of a universe's preconceptions and rules, like Valiant High, but it can get to the point where the it's hard to differentiate--that's where I am with Marvel. And then there's the opposite where I can't help but read Batman WHITE KNIGHT currently and wish it was the actual direction rather than King or Metal.
