Will we have at least that much since we saw the solicitations?

I would expect things to continue as planned for now, particularly since they've retained Dinesh as a "consultant" at least for now and have kept the same editorial staff in place.

I'll adjust that statement a bit. I don't think "consultant" means anything, so I don't expect Dinesh to have any involvement. That said, Warren Simons and Fred Pierce being in place should keep the current plan running until someone higher up in DMG knocks them off their stellar track record.

Agree 100% with this.

"Consultant" is just DMG's way of trying to make them seem less like pricks.

Other than the fact that he intended his name to be on the "Compass Points" page in the back listed as "CEO & Chief Creative Officer", yes.

I'm banking on Dinesh's theoretical stamp-of-approval to run throughout HW2, and similarly the rest of the ongoings throughout the summer. After that, who knows. :?

I do see people throwing around this "consultant" title, which I also think is probably not a thing, but everyone forgetting that the press releases also said he was "transitioning out." To me, that sounds like he intends on not letting things go to s*** while the next CEO comes in. Again, who knows. :?

This. I suspect most if not all of 2018 to continue as planned, whatever that plan may be.
It's 2019 and beyond we might start seeing changes.

This is why I'm not on board with the boycotters and sky is falling crowd. I've a little rain cloud of concern. My fears of Acclaim 2.0 happening but I'm staying with my characters.

This is all a great reason to really support HW2. I doubt DMG takes much stock in what happens on this board, they're probably telling themselves to ignore the haters right now. But if this is Dino's last untainted project, then supporting it might go a long way in helping to retain the road he was paving.

I would disagree with this wholeheartedly, Brian. I had lunch with Dino today, and his phone was blowing up and it was all the usual suspects, so...

Oh, and while I am at it, please, all, read this:
