X-O Manowar #15-18 Pre-Order Edition Bundle

I'm trying to order this through my LCS but it's not listed in the Order Book. There's a pink box on page 468 of the March 2018 Prewiews catalogue, but no Diamond order number, not in the customer order form and neither in the retailer order form. I've searched the internet for the number but can't find one. Can anyone here help out with this?
