are last issue cgc underrated? seems like noone is grading their last issues. hmmmmmmm

There isn't the demand for them like the pre-unities, slabbed or raw. Also, throw in the fact that most of the last issues aren't 9.8 candidates (see census) and those two issues combined explains why so few are slabbed. On the other hand, I'd be willing to pay $45+ for any 9.8 CGC'd last issue starting with EW 50. The problem is, you'd probably spend a lot more than that to find one and get it slabbed unless you are doing a huge pre-screen.
