Help with Super Mario Comics

I'm thinking of starting a set of Valiant Super Mario books but I'd like to know how hard they are to find and how expensive the rare ones can get. I don't want to get half way through and realise one of the books is a $50 book

Does anyone know which are the rare ones and how much I can expect to pay for them? I've heard the one with the fish cover is expensive.

I don't own any myself. But I have looked them up on Ebay and Valiant Nintendo comics usually go for 5-10 bucks a piece.

There are a couple of hardback Valiant Nintendo books that go from 20 to 40 dollars. There is also a Super Mario comic that comes with a cassette that goes for 20 to 30.

The one with the cassette should be the hardest one to find for you.
It does pop up on ebay about once every 3-4 months though.

It's not really about paying for them, it's about finding them. And in the condition you want. If you want 9.6s, you have a problem. If you just want copies, I will sell you about half of all the books for a few dollars each at most.

The book with the cassette, still sealed in the package, is very very hard to find. Doesn't meant they are rare, though.
