Not 100% sure here but I would say the 2007 Valiant reunion as panels should be much better organized than in San Diego mostly due to the fact that many of the former Valiant employees actually live in NYC and make themselves readily available. I mean you gotta face it:
San Diego (last show): one former Valiant employee - one panel
NYC (last show): more Valiant employees than I can remember - two panels
One of the tradeoffs here is that San Diego is SO huge and has much more to do than NYC. Depends on what you are going for. Both shows/panels had varying degrees of 'stuff'.
