yes Fables is a good one. The premise is that all fairy tale creations are real and live in our world. There was a great war that forced them to move to the real world. Characters such as Snow White, Big Bad Wolf, Rose Red, Old King Cole, Beauty and the Beast etc...They are also fighting a war with other 'evil' characters. It is beatifully illustrated and sharply written. There are a number of trades out for the early story. They are up to issue #66 for the ongoing book.

All I'm saying is that I wish I had a girlfriend that would ask me for comics for Christmas.

Then again, she'd have to wear the pointed ears. Like a Romulan interrogating a filthy Klingon spy.

I know he is the master of cheap comics searches.I've watched him collect his comics..but it's time for him to help me get up and started and then I will be able too do it myself.

you should collect the same runs that he does, but only look for the books he does not have. you could make him a little jealous that way. matter of fact. I am putting a list together for Rubiks and should be done by tommorrow or Sunday. maybe you two could both send me offers.
