Tell me about it. Not sure why they'd feel the need unless some noob working for them had no clue.Rufusharley wrote:that is weird.whovianone wrote:Strange.mrknapp33 wrote:Anybody notice the description on the second Magnus? Valiant is so good it deserves to have a notation like that!! When was the last time you saw a modern age comic with a notation like that. And that is why we collect valiants.whovianone wrote:Tell me about it. Thanks for laying off the VM 2 Rico! That finishes my set! You are going to beat me if you get the registry problem straightened out, though!
No problemo.... you have helped me out WAY more than that.

I may have to call cgc because they still haven't fixed it yet... and I have a few others they have never fixed as well.
Congrats on 100%....

1 - 9.8
2 - 9.6
3 - 9.6
4 - 9.8
I figured (at the time) that $62.50 a book was crazy, but I think they would have gone higher than that if sold individually. ~Pete

Yeah.. I was watching that auction actually. It's been up for a while.Zero wrote:I won them off E-bay:Ricomortis wrote:Zero...Zero wrote:The prices those Vintage Magnus books went for make me glad I ponied up the money for that 1-4 CGC set I just bought.

My #4 9.8 went for $105 and my #2 9.6 went for $59... so about $164 for 2. If the other two went for the same amount, it'd be $328... so yeah, your set was probably cheaper.
