So if I see these books to say worth $70 for example, I would just bid my highest amount of $45 to factor the $25 shipping. If the seller posts ...

I have had a couple of those experiences, both as a buyer and a seller.

People just disappear. Maybe they died or something.

I had one seller who died.....and I had no idea.....but I waited a month or so, and sent a note asking for status....the deceased's next of kin wrote me a response saying ...

Well after the dispute if he didnt reply, escalate to a claim and paypal will make a deceision and give you your money back.

If you open a dispute, you have 20 days to escalate it to a claim. If you don't escalate it, Paypal closes it ...

I just picked up a set of the irredeemable ant(1-10) the series was cancelled after 12 issues. I just read the first two issues and they were great! Lots of character development and plots twists. I highly recommend it!

Also picked up Resurrection #1 by Oni Press.
It's about rebuilding society ...

Let me put in another recommendation for WWH Frontline for anyone who hasn't tried it yet. Hands down the best tie-in series I've read (I got the first three issues so far). Half of the story follows what happened to the puny humans left in New York during WWH and the other half is an alien murder ...

I enjoy Exterminators and would recommend it.
I tried American Virgin (first 10 issues) and did not enjoy it (good 1st issue though)
DMZ might be something you might enjoy.
